Job Description
This position requires someone knowledgeable in the areas of Receiving, Visual, Source Inspection and Final Inspection of Manufactured Goods, Creating Inspection Plans, Calibration Recall, Creation of Inspection Reports and Certificates of Conformance
Responsiblities and Capabilities
Ability to read and interpret product specific Drawings including geometrical tolerancing
Working knowledge of product specific MIL Standards and Requirements
Working knowledge of Inspection Hand Tools and CMM
Working knowledge of writing CMM inspection programs from blue prints and models
Working knowledge of ISO or AS9100 Quality Systems Requirements
Machine shop experience a must
Must be proficient at Basic Math (Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication and Division)
Basic knowledge of special processing such as paint, coatings and thermal processes
Basic working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Word and Excel (File Creation, Saving and Printing)
Must be able to communicate both written and orally in the English language
Education Requirements/Experience
Inspection Experience: 2+ Years experience required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
